Frank GiaquintoHello my name is Frank Giaquinto.
I am from Trumbull, Connecticut.

In 1971 I started working for General Mills Restaurant Group (Red Lobster Inns of America). During my 12 year tenure with Red Lobster I progressed from Manager Trainee to Area Supervisor and opened a dozen Red Lobster Inns throughout the USA.

During my training with Red Lobster, they instilled their philosophy in operating their Restaurants. They believe in serving a quality product, for a reasonable price and to provide good service. I have always kept this philosophy in all of my endeavors.
My work history includes working as Food & Beverage Director at Little America Hotel & the Grand Canyon Squire Inn. I also was a General Manager of a Country Club in Connecticut and I was general Manager of the Grand Hotel at the Grand Canyon.

I opened OUR DAILY BREAD DELI in November of 2001. I wanted to serve homemade food products at a reasonable price. Some of my recipes were from my family (my MOM). Coming from an Italian heritage, I learned how to cook from watching my Mother. My Mother taught me how to cook Gravy (Marinara Sauce), Meatballs, Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Cacciatore, Eggplant Parmesan, Lasagna and Baked Manicotti.

OUR DAILY BREAD DELI was famous for its homemade GREEN CHILE CHICKEN SOUP, POTATO CHIPS AND BREAD. During the first two years of being in business we were voted the Best of Flagstaff by the Arizona Daily Sun Newspaper.

In February of 2008, I decided to close my Deli operation. I just wanted to concentrate on my catering business along with a FOOD CART OPERATION. I currently have my permit from the City Of Flagstaff, to operate my cart DOWNTOWN ON THE CORNER OF AGASSIZ AND ASPEN across from the POST OFFICE. My menu consists ofall Beef Hot Dogs, Bratwurst, Philly Cheese Steak, French Dip and Cashew Chicken Salad sandwich. All served on my Homemade Bread.

I look forward working with you in planning your next event.
